Once your order has been placed, you will be assigned a personal representative who will be responsible for your order from start to finish.

General Ordering Guidelines

In most cases, orders are filled and shipped on the first business day following receipt of order/payment. Custom pieces are usually shipped within two weeks, depending on intricacy of the design. Most custom pieces will ship within three business days. Specific production scheduling and delivery arrangements for custom orders will be made on an individual basis.

Terms of Sale and Applicable Sales Tax

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover®. (For first-time orders, the “ship to” address must be the same as the “billing” address.) Although we cannot accept personal or business checks, we will accept pre-payment with a money order. We will notify you by e-mail when your order has shipped.

All international customers are requested to pay in U.S. dollars (USD), and orders of $500 or more must be paid by either wire transfer or money order. These arrangements will be confirmed on an individual basis.

Currently, all online sales made out of the State of Florida are exempt from sales tax. If there should be a change in the law, Gabrene will notify its customers accordingly. If you are purchasing products for your business in Florida, please refer to our “Wholesale Guidelines” for pertinent details.

Security Guarantee

Gabrene’s web site is protected using SSL (Secure Sockets Layers) for insuring complete on-line transaction security. This security system represents the industry’s highest standards for computers to communicate safely without risk of data interception, manipulation, or recipient impersonation by encrypting the data sent through the Internet. SSL will protect all of our transactions.

Shipping and Handling

We use either USPS or UPS for domestic shipping. We have created special custom shipping costs for all of our jewelry products in order to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible.
 If another carrier is preferred, individual choices can be made and rates provided at check-out. Standard UPS rates for shipping and handling are automatically computed when using the on-line shopping cart. Rates will adjust accordingly for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, FPOs, and other U.S. territories.

Gabrene is not responsible for loss or damage of packages during transit. We also are not responsible for returned, rejected or undeliverable orders; nor are we responsible for non-delivery of your order due to reasons that are beyond our control.

Return Policy

To insure customer satisfaction, all Gabrene products have a 14-day, return-for-credit-or-exchange option. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.

To process a return:
1. Contact us by e-mail for a return authorization number
2. Clearly mark this number on the outside of the package
3. The return postmark must be dated within 14 days of receipt of purchase to:

  • Special care is taken with all custom orders. These pieces are made to your specification (size, stones, etc.), and therefore, ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable on returns.
  • Exchanges will be charged UPS shipping rates along with appropriate handling fees.
  • All sales are final on clearance/closeout items, as well as all alloy items.

  • Persons fitted with pacemakers, defibrillators, implanted insulin pumps or other medical devices should consult their healthcare professional before using magnetic products.
  • Pregnant women should consult their healthcare professional before wearing magnetic jewelry or using other magnetic products.
  • Avoid placing magnetic products against or directly on any magnetically sensitive material or electronics device. Ex.: if you wear a battery-operated watch, wear your magnetic jewelry on your other arm.
